Booking Policy

To ensure the best experience for every client, we kindly ask you to review and respect the following policies before booking.

 

Booking Deposits

A deposit of £50 is required to secure all face appointments. For BBL treatments, a £500 deposit is required.

All deposits are non-refundable, but they will be credited towards your total treatment cost—unless the appointment is downgraded (see below).

 

Treatment Downgrade Policy

If you choose to downgrade your treatment after booking (e.g., switching from a full package to a smaller service), your original deposit will not be deducted from the new treatment total.

This is because your deposit secures a specific time slot, and reducing the treatment limits our ability to fill that time.

Downgrades are treated as partial cancellations.

 

Appointment Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and are happy to accommodate changes where possible.

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to rearrange your appointment.

Your deposit will be carried over to your new booking if proper notice is given.

 

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings will require 100% upfront payment for the missed appointment.

 

Client Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unsatisfied with any part of your treatment or notice any irregularities, we offer complimentary touch-ups where needed.

This includes free Botox top-ups and adjustments to ensure your results are symmetrical and aligned with your aesthetic goals.
